hello, i’m han yueyuan . i’m a girl. i’m 11 years old. i’m form hangzhou. i have long hair , small eyes, small mouth.
i like english very much. i’m very happy every day. my favourite food is cake ,because it’s sweet. my favourite fruit are apples. they are tasty and healthy. an apple a day keeps doctor way. my favourite day is fridays, because we have english on the fridays.
on the saturdays and sundays i often do housework，i’m helpful. i can wash the clothes, water the flowers, make the bed. i can’t do the dishes, but i’d like to try. do you like me?

Usually I would do some exercises on the weekend，because I thought keeping in a good health can help me study well. Last weekend, It was rainning outside so I decided to do some exercises in the gym. When I went into the gym, some people were doing exercises there. A man was doing weight training and trying his best to upraise heavier weight. There were two girls running on the treadmill（跑步機(jī)），neither too fast nor too slow. In the next room there was a fitness instructor(健身教練) was teaching some young people doing yoga（瑜珈）, which made they do some strange actions.
After some minutes' warm up (熱身)，I started to run on the treadmill and ride on the exercise bike（健身腳踏車）. Both of them were easy and good for most of people. Besides，I did some dumbbell （啞鈴）exercises ,seating type chest pushing, high pulling force back muscle training, butterfly clamp chest muscle training, thigh stretching, leg treading, abdomen muscle training, vertical pulling force training. (坐式推胸、高拉力背肌訓(xùn)練、蝴蝶夾胸肌訓(xùn)練、大腿伸展、蹬腿、腹肌訓(xùn)練、直立式拉力訓(xùn)練)
Finally，I cooled down myself and had a break before I went home.

Nowadays, there are a considerable number of individuals who prefer to lead a low-carbon lifestyle which find expression in the fact that more and more commuters are using public transportation system in their daily life.
Low carbon lifestyle can endow us and our society with numerous benefits. Firstly, it goes beyond doubt that low carbon lifestyle contributes a lot to the environmental protection and it is a favorable way to slow down the rate of climate change of our earth, which also means a lot to our health.
We are supposed to undertake the responsibility to lead a low-carbon lifestyle, which is of great significance. And there is a diversity of measures we can take so as to lead such an environmental-friendly life. For one thing, we are expected to minimize the use of private cars, which emit a large amount of greenhouse gases. For another, we are supposed to cultivate the public awareness of energy conservation for energy in the world today is decreasing rapidly. For instance, we can turn off electrical appliances if not necessary as well as using renewable materials. Furthermore, at our leisure, we can seek opportunities to plant more trees which can absorb carbon-dioxide.
In brief, low carbon lifestyle is nothing but the best choice for us and only in this way can we form a harmonious relationship with the environment.

Today, I can't help asking myself, what about my dream?
我想要不是看了“魯豫有約”，要不是那兩位為了自己的夢(mèng)想而不斷奮斗的農(nóng)民達(dá)芬奇，要不是他們對(duì)夢(mèng)想執(zhí)著甚至是外人看來(lái)有點(diǎn)“癡狂”的追求，我很可能都忘記原來(lái)自己曾經(jīng)也有過(guò)夢(mèng)想。

但是因?yàn)樽约簺](méi)有像他們一樣堅(jiān)持，不如他們“癡狂”，所以我只是今天的我，我過(guò)去的夢(mèng)想只能成為夢(mèng)而已。
But because they did not adhere to like them, as they are "Crazy", so I just am today, I dream of the past can only be a dream.
是什么讓我忘記了自己的夢(mèng)想？是什么讓我把夢(mèng)想深深地埋藏在一個(gè)我再也不想駐足的地方？是什么讓我不再為自己的夢(mèng)想而抬起奔跑的腳步？是什么？懦夫說(shuō)：是殘酷的現(xiàn)實(shí)。

我的夢(mèng)想呢？我記得我曾經(jīng)確實(shí)有夢(mèng)想，很多的夢(mèng)想。但是為什么現(xiàn)在我竟一個(gè)也想不起來(lái)呢？真的想不起來(lái)嗎？真的？懦夫安慰道：沒(méi)關(guān)系。忘記了更好。做人還是現(xiàn)實(shí)點(diǎn)兒好。
What about my dreams? I remember I did have dreams, lots of dreams. But why can't I think of it now? Can't you really remember? Really? Coward consoled: "never mind.". Better forget. It's better to be a man.
我應(yīng)該是有夢(mèng)想的。我需要夢(mèng)想。懦夫說(shuō)：現(xiàn)在夢(mèng)想解決不了面包問(wèn)題。

“我唔可以接受咯”。的確，我不可以接受一個(gè)沒(méi)有夢(mèng)想沒(méi)有激情的自己。既然有這么多“唔可以接受”的事情，為什么我就不嘗試去改變呢？既然現(xiàn)在對(duì)夢(mèng)想還是有“感覺(jué)”，還沒(méi)有完全麻木的，為什么我就滿于現(xiàn)狀每天安坐家中呢？為什么雙手有力，卻不好好把握這珍貴的青春呢？
"I can't accept it."". Indeed, I can't accept myself without dreams or passions. Since there are so many "don't accept" things, why don't I try to change? Now that I still have a "feeling" about dreams, I'm not completely numb. Why do I live in the present situation and sit at home every day? Why both hands powerful, but do not take advantage of this precious youth?
成功與否，這并不重要。起碼，我能告訴自己，我不是懦夫！
