　　The desire for good health is universal. In our competitive society it is important to maintain good health. 　　There are many ways to keep it. First, those who are always on the go from morning till night should find time to relax because too much strewill affect their health. Second, enough time should be left for sleep because that will help one become rested and refreshed. Finally, regular physical exercises benefit one's health a lot. So one should always keep in mind that a certain amount of exercise is not a waste of time.

　　最近社會(huì)刮起了一陣英語風(fēng)，我那60多歲的奶奶想了一想，感覺自己落伍了，于是纏著我教她英語。面對(duì)一個(gè)毫無基礎(chǔ)的“學(xué)生”，我為師是一百個(gè)不愿意。但奶奶那么誠(chéng)懇，我只好答應(yīng)了她。

　　初次上課，我翻出一堆英文字母，來到客廳。此時(shí)的奶奶已經(jīng)搬上小板凳，坐在客廳等候多時(shí)了。她兩只眼睛炯炯有神地盯著小黑板，我拿出字母A,讀到A。奶奶也專注地讀道：“哎!”我一聽，笑得前俯后仰，連忙糾正。經(jīng)過幾個(gè)來回，奶奶終于會(huì)讀字母A了，她高興得像小孩似的`手舞足蹈。我又教奶奶字母O,我念道O,奶奶說：“這個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單，哦�！薄澳棠�，應(yīng)該讀O!”我糾正著奶奶的發(fā)音。奶奶竟跟我撒起嬌來：“就算我會(huì)了吧，好不好?”看著奶奶可憐的眼神，我這個(gè)小老師也只能無可奈何地?fù)u搖頭，奶奶就這樣把一個(gè)小字母混了過去。
