It is well known that university is greatly different from high school mainly due to that university will hold a large number of activities, which benefits college students a lot. From my perspective, the most beneficial one is “Long-distance Running for Love” organized by the Students Union when I am a freshman. The money collected by this activity is contributed to Project Hope.
It is really my honor to participate the long running, because it benefits me greatly not only in body but also in mind. To begin with, the activity reminds me of the great importance of physical health. Before I go to college, I only focus on academic achievements while the physical health misses my attention. But, the long-running tells me in time that a sound mind lies in a sound body. Additionally, during my participation in this activity, I am informed well that there are still many children in rural areas who have to drop out of school because of impoverished families. Thus, for one thing, I fully realize the great importance of helping them fulfill their dreams. For another thing, I cherish the opportunity to study in university more, for when compared with those children in poverty-stricken areas, we should harbor a grateful heart.
By and large, although I have taken part in many campus activities, I deem the long running for love most beneficial to me. And I am looking forward to that more wonderful and meaningful activities will be held in our campus.

眾所周知，大學(xué)與高中截然不同，主要原因是大學(xué)里會舉辦很多校園活動，而這些大學(xué)活動使大學(xué)生受益匪淺。我認(rèn)為最有益的校園活動是大一時，由學(xué)生會舉辦的“愛心長跑”。這次長跑籌集的善款用于捐助希望工程。
我很榮幸參加了這次長跑，因為這次活動使我的身心都獲得了很大裨益。首先，這次活動提醒我身體健康的'重要性。在我上大學(xué)前，我只關(guān)心自己的學(xué)習(xí)成績，而忽視了健康。但是，這次長跑及時提醒我——健康的身體孕育健康的靈魂。此外，通過參加此次長跑，我深刻了解到還有許多偏遠(yuǎn)山區(qū)的小孩因為家庭貧困被迫輟學(xué)。因此，一方面我充分意識到幫助這些小孩實現(xiàn)夢想是何其重要;另一方面，我更珍惜自己能上大學(xué)的機(jī)會。因為，和那些貧困地區(qū)的小孩相比，我們應(yīng)該懷有一顆感恩的心。
總體而言，雖然我參加過許多校園活動，但是我認(rèn)為這次愛心長跑最為有益。我也期待有更多精彩而有意義的校園活動舉行。

The Campus Activity that Has Benefited Me Most
As a coin has two sides,when it comes to “what campus activity that has benefited you most”,different people may have different opinions.As far as I am concerned,it is the psychological composition competition that has benefited me most.
There are,to my mind,plenty of shaping factors,among which,the following ones are particularly worth mentioning.One of the most valuable one is it is the field that I like.I can find a place to say something,either to the world or to myself,which will make me feel relax,get a good mood and enjoy myself.Another fundamental one which should not be neglected is I can appreciate others’ merits and find my own weakness,and then make up for it.Last but not least,I can find people who have the same thinking and interest with me,and become friends.Take myself for instance,it is in the psychological composition competition that I find my soul mate.
Judging from the reams of evidence,it is safe for me to conclude that psychological composition competition is the campus activity that has benefited me most.If it had not been for it,I could not have enjoyed myself so much.
正如一塊硬幣具有兩面性一樣，當(dāng)問到“什么校園活動讓你最受益”的時候，不同的人會有不同的觀點(diǎn)。就我而言，我認(rèn)為使我最受益的活動是心理征文比賽。
在我看來，有很多原因讓我形成這個觀點(diǎn)。其中，下面這些原因是最值得一提的。首先，也是最有價值的是因為這是我喜歡的領(lǐng)域。在這里我可以找到一個地方來傾吐自己的心聲，可能是對世界的，也可能是對自己的。這樣我就會覺得很輕松，有一個好的心情，并享受自己的生活。另外一個不能忽視的重要原因是，在這里我能欣賞到別人的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，發(fā)現(xiàn)自己的缺點(diǎn)并進(jìn)行彌補(bǔ)。最后，我可以在這個比賽中找到和我有同樣的思想和興趣的'人，并成為好朋友。就拿我自己來說，我就是在心理征文比賽中找到了自己的知己。
根據(jù)上面提出的證據(jù)，我得出“心理征文比賽使我最受益”這個結(jié)論是很合理的。要是沒有這個活動，我不能如此的熱愛我的生活。
