　　Last Sunday morning, when I got up, t was surprised to find that we had a heavy snowfall. I was very excited because it had been a long time since I saw such a heavy snowfall. So I decided to call my friends to go out to play with snow together. We made some snowmen and rolled some snowballs and we enjoyed the fun of playing fighting games. Just then we noticed that the buses and cars moved very slowly because of the heavy snow. So we went to clean the snow so as to help the traffic go safely. 　　經(jīng)過這次實習，我感觸頗深，總結(jié)如下：

　　一、想當一名好老師不容易

　　做一名老師容易，做一名好老師的確很難。教學工作復(fù)雜而又繁瑣。首先，要管理好整個班集體，提高整體教學水平。然后，又要顧及班中的每一名學生，不能讓一名學生落伍。這就要求教師不能只是為了完成教學任務(wù)，還要多關(guān)心、留意學生，經(jīng)常與學生進行交流，給予學生幫助。做學生學習上的良師，生活中的益友。

　　二、自信很重要

　　盡管我在初中時，曾經(jīng)在班里講過初中語文一片閱讀篇目，但是當時畢竟是作為學生講課，這次使作為老師來實戰(zhàn)，多少還是緊張。再次，初為人師，總是有些緊張。第一次講課事，我?guī)е�羞澀與忐忑抱著課本和教案走上講臺時，面對那么多雙眼睛時，我當時確實有點緊張了。我在講臺上，在幾秒鐘時間內(nèi)，深呼吸了幾下，同時在心中暗自對自己說；你能行！終須把情緒穩(wěn)定下來，還好事前的充分準備和大學的學生干部經(jīng)歷在關(guān)鍵時刻發(fā)揮了作用，再加上同學們對著我微笑的鼓勵，我所有的緊張都在這一瞬間消失了，透過那一雙雙澄澈的眼睛，我也似乎讀到了那一顆顆純凈的心，順利地完成了教學目標。

　　三、教學要講究方法

　　學生接觸新知識使需要時間和理解，因此，在教學過程中要講究正確的方法。精講多練是我采取的一個鞏固學生所學知識的方法。在課堂上，我少講精講，讓每位同學做好筆記，掌握知識重點難點，然后給予他們更多的時間練習加以鞏固，課后留有適當不同層次的作業(yè)讓不同層次的學生去練習，這樣通過精講，多練，讓學生在聽的過程中掌握知識，在練的過程中鞏固知識。同時，我又讓每位同學準備一個錯題本，在我每次評講習題的過程中，把他們易錯的習題和知識點重點記在錯題本上，以便于平時有重點地去記憶和理解。事實證明，這一方法切實可行，也行之有效。

　　四、聽課對新教師至關(guān)重要

　　聽課是提高自身教學能力的一個好方法，新老師只有多聽課才能夠逐漸積累經(jīng)驗。所以對每一次聽課的機會我都十分珍惜。聽課的主要對象是我們組的優(yōu)秀老師的課，同時也聽其他老師的課。這次實習中，我聽了五節(jié)課，我的收獲很大，逐步掌握了一些駕馭課堂的技巧。聽完課之后，把教師們上課時講到的記在聽課記錄上，然后對我自己的備課教案進行修改，將他們很多優(yōu)點和長處應(yīng)用到我的課堂教學當中去，取得了較好的效果。
