“Make”集中營
在初中英語里，”make”是一個很常用的詞，用法及詞義較多，下面談一談它的用法。
1 表示“做，制作，整理”
make paper 造紙
make a toy plane 做玩具飛機
make a loud noise 發(fā)出很大的響聲
make bed 整理床鋪
2 表示“獲得，贏得；引起，使得”
make money 掙錢
make a live 謀生
make friends with sb. 與某人交朋友
3 與某些名詞連用，意義上等于相對應(yīng)的動詞
make a telephone call = call phone 打電話
make an answer = answer回答
make a decision = decide 決定
4 常用短語
（1）make sb. do sth. 使某人做某事
eg. Our teachers make us do a lot of homework everyday.
我們的老師讓我們每天做很多作業(yè)。
（2）make sb.+adj. 是某人處于adj.的'狀態(tài)
eg.①Studying makes me happy.
學(xué)習(xí)讓我快樂。
②This story made us sad.
這個故事使我們難過。
（3）make sb.+名詞（表示職位的名詞） 使某人成為…
eg.We made him our headmaster.
我們選他為我們的校長。
（4）make sth. for sb.=make sb. sth. 為某人做某事
eg. ①Leaves make food for the plant.
葉子為植物提供營養(yǎng)。
②My mother makes three meals for me everyday.
我媽媽每天為我做三頓飯。
（5）make it+adj.+（for sb.）to do sth. 使某人做某事…
eg. The Internet makes it easier for us to do many things at home instead of going out.
互聯(lián)網(wǎng)使我們足不出戶就可以更輕松的做很多事。
（6）make…with… 用……制作
eg.The plants make food with leaves.
植物用葉子制造營養(yǎng)。
（7）sth.+be made+of（成品中能看出原材料）由……制成/form（成品中看不出原材料）由……制成/in+地點. 在某地制造/into.被制成……/by+人.由某人制作.
eg. ①The desk is made of wood.
桌子由木頭制成。
②Wine is made from grapes.
葡萄酒由葡萄制成。
③My watch was made in Beijing.
我的手表在北京制造。
④This piece of clothing will be made into clothes.
這塊布將被做成衣服。
⑤This toy plane was made by my father.
這個玩具由我父親制成。
（8）人+made sth.+of/from人用……制作……（與of的區(qū)別同7. ）/in.人在某地制作…/into.人把……制成……
①We make windows of wood.
我們用木頭做窗戶。
②We make beer from wheat.
我們用小麥造酒。
③People make bikes in Beijing.
人們在北京做自行車。
④We can make glass into glasses.
我們可以把玻璃制成玻璃杯。
