Abstract: This paper explores the junior middle school English teaching and testing, analysis of the status of oral English teaching and training of oral expression strategies, oral English test form at present, finally puts forward some experience of the author.

The training of non oral skills can no longer meet the needs of English Teaching in the future. Some students have misconceptions about spoken english. Students with poor oral English are ashamed to speak out, they think their spoken language is not good, they do not want to speak, and their level can never be improved. Some students believe that the exam does not test spoken English, so the level of spoken English is poor, it does not matter, and will mainly be used for the written test.
