　　問題1Tell me about yourself

　　回答：在自我介紹的過程中，重點在于表達清楚自己想要從事這份工作的意愿，如果再加上與工作相關的業(yè)余愛好就更好了。

　　例如：Good afternoon. I am of great honor to stand here and introduce myself to you .My name is…… It is my long cherished dream to be……And I am eager to get an opportunity to do……

　　問題2What is your greatest strength?

　　回答：這是很多面試考官喜歡問的一個問題，這是你展示自己的最佳機會，不要吹噓自己或過于自負，但要讓雇主知道你相信自己，你知道自己的優(yōu)點。

　　例如：I feel that my strongest asset is my ability to stick to things to get them done. I feel a real sense of accomplishment when I finish a job and it turns out just as I 'd planned. I 've set some high goals for myself. For example, I want to graduate with highest distinction. And even though I had a slow start in my freshman year, I made up for it by doing an honor 's thesis.

　　例如：I 'm afraid I 'm a poor talker. I 'm not comfortable talking with the people whom I have just met for the first time. That is not very good for business so I have been studying public speaking.

　　問題4Do you have any work experience in this field?

　　回答：談論工作經(jīng)驗是表現(xiàn)自己是該職位合適人選的良機，可以運用事例說明自己的工作經(jīng)驗和成就。

　　例如：Yes. After my graduation from university, I worked as a Customer Service Coordinator in a foreign representative office, and then I transferred to a joint venture as a Market Development Manager. So I am familiar with the market in China.

　　問題5What have you learned from the jobs you have had?

　　回答：突出與目前所面試的工作相關的優(yōu)勢。

　　例如：I learned to be patient when dealing with customers complaints and try my best to solve them. In addition, I learned at my previous jobs how to cooperate with my colleagues.

　　問題6Do you like regular work?

　　回答：所有的工作都有重復性，但又要不斷創(chuàng)新，所以在回答要格外慎重，既突出自己的想法和創(chuàng)意，又要顯示自己的穩(wěn)定性。

　　例如：No I don’t like regular work. I am interested in different projects with new opportunities and new challenge but I can do regular work if the company needs me to do so.
