　　我們學(xué)校從一年級起使用外研社出版的《新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)英語》。一年級作為起始階段的英語教學(xué)主要任務(wù)就是：把學(xué)生領(lǐng)進(jìn)英語學(xué)習(xí)的殿堂，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣，掌握正確的語音，語調(diào)、形成良好的學(xué)習(xí)策略和習(xí)慣。在語言學(xué)習(xí)中語言技能作為綜合語言運(yùn)用的基礎(chǔ)，它分為聽、說、讀、寫、四個(gè)方面。聽，一年級的孩子能夠聽懂課文，聽懂課堂指令并做出反應(yīng)；說，能夠相互致以簡單的問候和一些簡單的個(gè)人信息交流，并能夠根據(jù)圖片或是動作提示下說出單詞或簡單的句子；（本學(xué)期孩子們會學(xué)習(xí)：問候及回應(yīng)；數(shù)字1—10；詢問和說明顏色、詢問姓名、年齡、地點(diǎn)、物品的名稱、祝賀生日等。以上的話題共包含有40個(gè)核心句子，117個(gè)單詞，5首歌曲和5首歌謠。）讀，能夠熟讀課文和看圖識字或是看圖說簡單的句子；由于一年級學(xué)生不要求書寫，主要是視覺感知英文單詞，句子和標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號。

　　我們的孩子多為6、7歲，正是處于活潑好動，注意力時(shí)間不長，并且容易分散，樂于接受新鮮事物與模仿、學(xué)習(xí)語言的重要時(shí)期。培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的學(xué)習(xí)語言習(xí)慣。在課堂交流中，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生注意傾聽，積極思考的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。日常生活中老師主動和學(xué)生用英語交流，引導(dǎo)學(xué)生主動積極運(yùn)用所學(xué)的英語進(jìn)行表達(dá)和交流，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生說的能力。晨讀，課堂，中午小課，老師指導(dǎo)學(xué)生如何朗讀的方法與技巧，指導(dǎo)學(xué)生讀書的語音，語調(diào)，重讀與連讀等。

　　好的習(xí)慣需要長期的堅(jiān)持與培養(yǎng)。所以需要家長與學(xué)校共同配合，合力完成。那么如何用科學(xué)的方法指導(dǎo)，幫助我們的孩子做好每日的復(fù)習(xí)，鞏固，總結(jié)為九個(gè)字：認(rèn)真聽！大膽說！努力做！

　　認(rèn)真聽為每天堅(jiān)持聽、讀英語，為培養(yǎng)良好的語感做基礎(chǔ)，聽，做為學(xué)習(xí)語言，是首要也是重要任務(wù)，一年級結(jié)合學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn)，不留書面英語作業(yè)，但每天都會有聽讀作業(yè)，需要家長的陪伴與鼓勵(lì)。

　　大膽說鼓勵(lì)孩子突破心里上的膽怯，不要怕說錯(cuò)，多說才能說得更好，說錯(cuò)才能發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，及時(shí)糾音，大膽還包括要與孩子多進(jìn)行英語的對話交流，敢說比說錯(cuò)更加來的重要。在交流中默認(rèn)糾音，用重復(fù)的方式告訴孩子正確的內(nèi)容，從而讓他體驗(yàn)點(diǎn)滴進(jìn)步與交際的樂趣。不懂英語的家長，可以采取讓孩子當(dāng)你的小老師，教你的同時(shí)，也是再學(xué)習(xí)運(yùn)用的過程。他還會獲得一份成功的體驗(yàn)。

　　基于以上的理念，那我們到底在家里怎樣完成聽讀作業(yè)？根據(jù)我個(gè)人經(jīng)驗(yàn)向大家介紹一點(diǎn)小方法，希望與大家共同探討，更期待大家與我的交流提出寶貴意見。聽讀在小學(xué)階段非常重要，我們遵循聽說領(lǐng)先，讀寫跟上的理念。在家第一步，聽錄音內(nèi)容先不打開書，給予孩子首次接觸文本信息和文本情境的機(jī)會，初聽文本大意。當(dāng)然一遍是聽不懂文本意思的，需要第二遍再聽文本。這時(shí)打開書，用手指，邊對照文本圖片，邊聽錄音。在了解文本大意的基礎(chǔ)上，第三遍再聽文本，用手指試著跟讀文本。找出文本中的重點(diǎn)單詞，句子。通過第四遍聽文本，用手指熟悉文本中的重點(diǎn)單詞。最后跟讀文本，用手指熟悉文本中的語音語調(diào)。最后家長在指定位置簽字。便于老師第二天的檢查。希望各位家長能夠繼續(xù)堅(jiān)持督促孩子們在家的聽、讀練習(xí)，雖然它就像白開水一樣平乏，可是從中會給我們的孩子們帶來非常大的收益——那就是，孩子們可以很流利的讀課文，其實(shí)與外國人的交流也不過如此，我們書中的語言就是非常生活化的，希望在我們的努力下，能用書中句子與我與他人交流的孩子會越來越多。

　　我上小學(xué)時(shí)，老師只教了二十六個(gè)字母。到了初中，英語非常差，在班級里是倒數(shù)�？荚嚨箶�(shù)，被英語老師批評，非常難過，但就是不知道怎么學(xué)，好像也沒有人告訴我應(yīng)該怎么學(xué)，或者人家告訴我應(yīng)該怎么學(xué)，我也聽不進(jìn)去。渾渾噩噩到了初三，實(shí)在給逼地沒有辦法了，只好像很多人推薦的那樣，背書，從初一的課本背起，一直背到初三的英語課本，中考也還考的不錯(cuò)。

　　到了高中，還是很迷茫�？赡苣猩�都不喜歡背書，實(shí)在不是背逼的萬不得已，都不會去背書。好在我有看書，看報(bào)紙，看雜志的習(xí)慣，每天放學(xué)，只要一有時(shí)間，就到縣圖書館的閱覽室去看報(bào)紙，雜志。記不得是在高一還是高二，突然在報(bào)紙上看到一個(gè)正版，都是一個(gè)叫扶忠汗的臺灣人寫的英語學(xué)習(xí)的文章，他說，英語學(xué)習(xí)就是用英語。比如說，你學(xué)了一個(gè)THIS IS A的句型，那你就要馬上把它用起來，THIS IS A BOOK。 THIS IS A DESK。 THIS IS A ROOM。 THIS IS A CHAIR。等等。用多了，用了一千遍，THIS IS A的這個(gè)句型也就會了。

　　我讀了這篇文章，感覺非常有道理。一個(gè)句型，我用一千遍，不久會了嗎？一個(gè)單詞，我用一千遍，不久會了碼？那怎么才能用一千遍呢？我想，對，閱讀！閱讀多了，不就一個(gè)句型用一千遍，一個(gè)單詞用以前遍嗎？

　　我就到圖書館的書庫里找英語方面的書�？汕�，我找到一本《英語學(xué)習(xí)》的合訂本。里面有簡單的文章，也有復(fù)雜的文章。我就從里面簡單的有趣文章開始看起。簡單的文章看完了，再看略微難一些的文章。記得有一篇很有趣的文章，但很難，生詞很多，我就一個(gè)生詞一個(gè)生詞的查著看，看的腦子疼，大概整整花了兩周時(shí)間才把這一篇文章看懂。就這樣，一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)看下來，一本書看下來，考試的閱讀理解和完型填空我就看的懂，做起來就不費(fèi)勁了。

　　后來，高考因?yàn)橛⒄Z是強(qiáng)項(xiàng)，就考了英語系。

　　到了大學(xué)，進(jìn)了大學(xué)圖書館的外文書庫，看到那么多英文書，高興地簡直要發(fā)瘋。大學(xué)雖然有很多好老師，但也許自己自學(xué)自由自在慣了，課倒沒有認(rèn)真聽多少，就是到圖書館里借書，看書，還書，再到圖書館借書，或者在圖書館的閱覽室里，一呆就是一個(gè)上午，一個(gè)下午，一個(gè)晚上。

　　大一的時(shí)候，借書證一辦下來，就去借了幾本原版英文名著，但生詞太多，實(shí)在看不懂，放在手里幾個(gè)月，又還回去了。郁悶了一段時(shí)間，再一看，自己手里才發(fā)的《大學(xué)英語泛讀教程》不也很好看，而且不難，不就很好嗎？我就一口氣把《泛讀教程》看完了，再回頭找?guī)妆竞唵蔚脑�版英文讀物，看起來非常吃力，但拼命查英語詞典，開始一天就看兩頁，還行，就繼續(xù)往下看，慢慢地也就把一本JACK LONDON的WHITE FANG看完了�？赐炅说谝槐居⑽脑�著，長吁了一口氣，哎，終于把一本真正的英文書看完了。

　　底下，越看越有趣，一發(fā)不可收拾，大學(xué)學(xué)英語就是自己找英文原著，開始都是找英語小說。大三的時(shí)候，看英文版的《戰(zhàn)爭與和平》，整整兩個(gè)月，看的頭都暈了�？赐暌院螅�又是一番感慨，這本1400多頁的英文書都看下來了，再看別的英文書就不怕了。

　　后來，對國際政治感興趣，就看國際政治方面的英文理論書，美國的歷史，地理，文化方面的大學(xué)教科書。大學(xué)四年下來，我讀的英文書碼在一起，感覺要比我的人還高。不經(jīng)意間，英語就通了。

　　現(xiàn)在回想，可以說，扶忠汗先生的一篇文章奠定了我的.英語學(xué)習(xí)的基礎(chǔ)。我以后的英語基本上按照他說的英語學(xué)習(xí)就是用英語的思想去做的�，F(xiàn)在想想也后怕。但再想想，偶然中有必然。如果自己不有意去找，又怎么可能遇到扶忠汗先生的好文章。

　　英語學(xué)習(xí)的起步階段，總結(jié)前人的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，站在前人的肩膀之上。然后指導(dǎo)一個(gè)合理的目標(biāo)和計(jì)劃，找到一個(gè)許多實(shí)踐證明的成功的方法。有一個(gè)參照，再去努力，出現(xiàn)問題了，心里也有準(zhǔn)備，對比一下，就知道問題是什么，如何解決，成功的可能性就要大許多。

　　對于后來的學(xué)習(xí)者，我個(gè)人感覺，你們的學(xué)習(xí)條件要比我當(dāng)年的要好得多。特別是現(xiàn)在的網(wǎng)絡(luò)非常發(fā)達(dá)，用GOOGLE可以，用BAIDU也可以，都可以找到很多英語學(xué)習(xí)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。有什么問題，直接把問題總結(jié)一下，寫在GOOGLE或者BAIDU的搜索框里，一搜就會出來許多關(guān)于英語學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的結(jié)果。然后把搜索出來的網(wǎng)頁一一打開。慢慢地，細(xì)細(xì)地看下來，尤其是現(xiàn)在的英語學(xué)習(xí)者的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)，要多看看，多想想。

　　Then how can we make it? I have seen lots of diligent students in the early morning reading aloud their English texts without paying any attention to their nearly unacceptable pronunciation. I feel sorry for those students because their hard work deserves a much better English level if they improve their method of learning.

　　I found that my way of learning English that I formed from middle school still works today. By listening to tapes and imitating the speakers one can improve his pronunciation within a short time. By reciting classic essays one can enrich their language as well as enlarge their vocabulary. As a non-English major, I like to set aside a certain period of time for English learning everyday, usually an hour or at least half an hour. I utilize this precious time by listening to tapes and imitating their content and then reciting the short passages I like. To be frank, “Crazy English” has always been my favorite. This is definitely not intended to flatter. Instead of dividing my attention between too many materials, I’d rather concentrate on one particular resource at a time such as CE, not only because of its abundant content and native English, but also because of the benefits it has brought to me through intensive reading, listening and reciting, I believe that studying English by using these intensive methods will help you to get twice the result with half the effort.

I found out that all those students have something in common; they all have determinations to learn English well . 　　That’s true, having a good command of English is vitally significant and profound. Here I would like to give all my friends and students some advice for the future learning in terms of the experience I got from being a teacher for many language training schools and being interpreter for government as well as embassies. Being an interpreter is by no means easy, which needs to have a good command of listening, understanding or decoding and speaking. As soon as I hear the original voice from the speaker, meanwhile, I will decode or understand it by dividing the content of the voice into different segments, and use my short-term memory and if possible ,note-taking, to deliver the interpretation in the process of consecutive or simultaneous cases. Now , I would like to tell you how to speak good English.

　　3-D methods (Dialogue, Discussion and Debate) to improve your eloquence

　　Dialogue

　　Having authentic and polished oral English is every learner’s dream, however, many of my students who spent a lot of years, money and efforts to speak this language well but failed to be able to communicate and speak out, the reason to which might be mainly confidence and methods. I notice that many students do well in speaking when conducting a prepared speech or presentation in class. But speaking English fluently is not just about making presentations and giving speeches. It is about expressing your ideas and insight on the most mundane of things around you. I still remember when I first landed on the soil of Beijing 5 years ago; I could not communicate with my friends and even felt uneasy when going out with them because I did not have the confidence to start a conversation with my Mandarin. It’s the same to the English learners who have no courage to start a topic and face an awkward silence after the initial greeting was given because they don't know what to talk about and are not confident of putting something across correctly, thus the conversation comes to end.

　　The ability to make dialogues is very important in social communication. Topics for casual conversation could include the weather, education, music, current affairs; hobbies, travel, etc. Do not always ask foreigner “what is your name and how is your job” when you want to find one to practice your English with. Before going to English Corner, please read up on your area of interest and try framing sentences expressing your opinions. Talk about it with someone close to you or someone’s English level is higher than yours, so you can check for your language accuracy and fluency.You’d better to grasp regularly used ways of small talk, and you will be able to initiate speaking more confidently. If you can break this barrier and speak out with passion and confidence, you can take your first step into the realm of English speaking and become a public speaker in the future.

　　Discussion and Debate

　　I always enlighten my students that your language ability and academic achievements are very imperative and important, but the most important of all, it’s your eloquence to communicate in the personal relationships. Elite may not have eloquence, but an eloquent person must be an elite. So the best way to drill your speaking abilities is to discuss and debate. When I was a junior, I always raised discussions with my classmate in my dorm, questions like “environmental protection, cohabitation, 20xx Olympics, postgraduate exams and so on. After everyone aired his opinions, then we conducted debate to argue, to express ideas to convince the other. And I gradually build up on my own repertoire of conversational topics and start using them whenever I get a chance; subsequently I have good command of English, and won a lot of awards in English speech contest and debate. Hence, it’s also effective for you, my beloved friends or students, to have a try to use your language to discuss and debate.

　　Many students do want to improve their English by all means. It’s self-evident that all of us like taking down notes when we are listening to the lectures given by teachers at school. But it’s not a correct way to speak good language. Can you learn swimming by standing at the edge of the pool and taking down the words spoken by the coach? You have to take the plunge, right? I seldom took notes when I was given lessons, but I would memorize them with my mouth, my mind and my ears. There is just one case I will take notes when I am doing my job as an interpreter for the Beijing municipal government and embassy. I still remember when I was interpreting for the ambassador from the Philippines, at which moment she was delivering the speech about 10 minutes at the Great Wall international conference. Hadn’t I taken the notice from the speaker, I don’t think I would have interpreted for her and won the applause from the officials. It is the same with language. Unless you use the language everyday, you will never know how good you are at it. Ask your friends who are good at English to help. Try to speak it as much as possible, and let them interrupt you whenever you make mistakes and ask them to correct you. Do not feel embarrassed to make mistakes, for that is the only way you will learn. Enjoy losing face and enjoy making mistakes because that is the way how the process of acquiring fluency a language occurs. Everyone may have made a lot of mistakes before getting a good grasp of mother tongue. The only difference now is that you are conscious of the mistakes. So ,do not be afraid of making mistakes.

　　Attitude that counts the most

　　If you do want to learn something well, you are supposed to have confidence and passion. I love playing piano , basketball and learning as well as being a teacher, to which I devote my whole interest , confidence and passion no matter how many mistakes I will encounter, how helpless , how hopeless and how far away for me to reach my final goal. I will never stop fighting for the betterment and improvement of myself and to be an all-grounded person equipped with knowledge and clear mindset. And that is why I hope all of you can be confident and passionate for what you have done and what you will be doing.

　　Finally, I want to say to my students and English lovers. Try to be confident and passionate in the journey of study and life, all you need is a will to learn and the initiative to begin. That done, it is simply a matter of time and effort!

In the basic questions, the pronunciation, grades, texts and Related words that need to be recited are the easiest to answer correctly. Such questions mainly focus on the mastery of basic knowledge. These formulas play a vital role in the exam. Usually, if you can't ask questions, you can't stay until the last time. You should dare to ask questions and pretend to understand.

　　English pays attention to mastering words and grammar, and exercise books are also very important. We should finish our homework carefully, memorize words and phrases, and strengthen the review of notes. Reading comprehension and filling in the blanks for the first time are extracurricular questions. We should apply what we have learned, read articles and pay attention to the form of words.

　　In normal study, we should pay more attention to the subjects we are not good at, but we can't ignore other courses, otherwise we will make progress.

　　The subjects you are good at should also be strengthened and striven for by going up a flight of stairs. Think actively and absorb more in class. 　　我認(rèn)為，學(xué)習(xí)英語的方法其實(shí)很簡單，那些輔導(dǎo)材料只不過就是鞏固知識。而我們在鞏固知識前，就得學(xué)會學(xué)習(xí)英語。興趣，記憶力和自信就是我的秘訣。

　　第一步：興趣。

　　興趣使然，如果你把學(xué)英語當(dāng)成是一種娛樂，一種使你興趣盎然的娛樂方式。我把英語當(dāng)做是一種榮耀，一種享受，也把這種榮耀和享受化為自己的優(yōu)勢，彌補(bǔ)其他學(xué)科的缺憾。但是，這只是我的方式，也有的人其他方面很優(yōu)秀�；蛟S，不是學(xué)習(xí)上的，卻也是一種優(yōu)勢。就比如，很多人喜歡玩電腦，就可以把學(xué)英語當(dāng)成在玩電腦，每一次的檢測都是打電腦的一關(guān)，把自己當(dāng)成闖關(guān)的人，學(xué)習(xí)的過程，考試是終點(diǎn)，老師就是最后的評委。

　　第二步，記憶力：

　　記憶力的好也可以幫助學(xué)習(xí)，但是死記硬背的方式實(shí)在是套古老了，也太死板了，再好的興趣也會被消磨光。所以，可以用一種節(jié)省時(shí)間，增加興趣，享受時(shí)間的方法。在老師留作業(yè)，抄單詞或句子的時(shí)候，先抄一遍，再根據(jù)腦袋里"肯定"的答案在接著繼續(xù)默寫，這樣就達(dá)到了節(jié)省時(shí)間著點(diǎn)了。還有在背課文的`時(shí)候，有些同學(xué)們后覺得這些太多了，太難了，簡直就是在謀財(cái)害命，但老師就是硬要我們被下來，太痛苦了！那么，在這個(gè)時(shí)候，你可以把被課文當(dāng)做是在背詩，記歌詞，背詩背著背著就順了，記歌詞記著記著就好像是自己在聽喜愛的音樂一般，這也有了增加興趣，享受時(shí)間和節(jié)省時(shí)間了。

　　第三步，自信：

　　不論是丘吉爾的"好運(yùn)"還是海倫`凱特的身體殘缺，貝多芬的老年失聰，他們都憑借著自己的努力而成功。當(dāng)然，在他們最努力的時(shí)候才是他們最自信的時(shí)候。因?yàn)樗麄兌枷嘈抛约�，才有努力的動力。而我們不論是學(xué)英語還是其他的什么科目，相信了自己，才有成功耀眼的那一刻！

I'm interested in English, and hope to be an interpreter in the future. Naturally it's very important for me to learn English well. As everybody knows, vocabulary is an important part of language, just like bricks in a building. I usually memorize twenty new words a day and put them to use whenever possible. After class, I often listen to English programs on TV and on the radio. Besides, I've learned a lot from the Internet and other sources.
