　　工作描述： 從事Hp打印機新產品導入階段的專案運營管理工作。

　　1. 作為工廠端窗口，主導參與HP打印機新產品專案項目的立案、team建立，主導產品在工廠各階段的量試、功能驗證、量產、案等工作進度控制;

　　2.主導項目運營過程中品質、成本、schedule、交期及各種風險控制及改善;

　　3.組織協(xié)調內部相關部門執(zhí)行產品相關物料準備(自制件、外購件和HP consign parts)、fixture,tool 生產制造，OPtraining，parts qualificatin等一系列相關build前的準備工作的執(zhí)行，確保項目順利實施。

　　4.對項目運行過程中存在的問題，及時作出準確判斷，組織BOD/EODmeeting與客戶一起商討解決方案，提出決策意見并分配相關責任人進行問題分析、解決、改善跟進。

　　5.定期匯總項目信息，向HP客戶及內部各主管匯報項目進展。組織postmoterm meeting 分析項目得失，總結項目經(jīng)驗;

　　6.定期組織召開項目內部例會及和客戶召開conf meeting、匯報項目進展，更新項目進度。確認相關具體需求，推進項目進度按照計劃進行;

　　7.兼任產品報價工作(CostPM&BusinessPM)，作為工廠端唯一報價窗口，對相關運營階段所產生的費用如L5 Tooling、DCN/ECR、 Fixtures&jigs、L5/L6/Lxx/CPF parts Quotation、Build NRE cost、RFQ、special request進行最終審核及報價給HP， 同時負責跟進相關費用的回收。

　　成果：

　　1.獨立組織領導完成了兩個中等項目從NPI試產到SOR whole lifecycle順利量產的`管理工作。

　　2.參與完成兩個項目平臺四個產品項目從BB到MP的試產內部組織管理工作。積極主導完成內部相關流程改善，獲得客戶好評和認可。

　　3.獨立完成總額為$540的模具及各種相關產品報價工作。獲取相應收益(15%~30%).

　　2>.組織領導內部開展新項目導入的準備工作，以客戶需求部署內部工作重點和任務，制定工作預期與目標,定期開會檢查工作進展并與客戶反映各項任務的情況。

　　3>.協(xié)調組織新產品新階段的試產運行。組織領導產品生產，協(xié)調各內部單位完成生產任務。組織日常與客戶BOD/EOD meeting討論解決產品設計質量生產中的問題。

　　4>.制定交貨計劃，組織安排完成交貨任務。安排客戶在此期間的接待工作。開展產后問題檢討會議。制定下階段生產任務及目標。部署開展相關準備工作任務。

　　5>.作為唯一報價窗口(Business PM)，承擔并向HP提供所有設及專案產品的報價。如L5 Tooling、DCN/ECR、 Fixtures&jigs、L5/L6/Lxx/CPF parts Quotation、Build NRE cost、RFQ、special request等。
