摘要: 研究了氣升式內(nèi)循環(huán)反應(yīng)器內(nèi)的氣含率與液體循環(huán).反應(yīng)器包含一個(gè)傳統(tǒng)的導(dǎo)流筒和三段縮放型導(dǎo)流筒.通過實(shí)驗(yàn)分別對(duì)氣-水、氣-CMC(羧甲基纖維素)溶液兩相系統(tǒng)和氣-水-樹脂顆粒三相系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了研究.用兩相漂移通量模型對(duì)三相牛頓流體和兩相非牛頓流體進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià).結(jié)果表明,三段縮放型導(dǎo)流筒內(nèi)的氣含率高于傳統(tǒng)的導(dǎo)流筒,且隨表觀氣速而提高.在兩相和三相系統(tǒng)中,導(dǎo)流筒結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的變化對(duì)氣含率的影響很小.基于漂移通量模型的數(shù)學(xué)模型很好地描述了反應(yīng)器內(nèi)的液體循環(huán). Abstract: Gas holdup and liquid circulation in an internal airlift loop reactor were investigated. The reactor consists of one conventional draft tube and three convergence-divergence draft tubes. Experiments were carried out in two-phase systems with air-water and air-CMC (carboxyl methyl cellulose) solutions and in three-phase system with air-water-resin particles, respectively. The two-phase drift-flux model was used to estimate gas holdup for three-phase Newtonian and two-phase non-Newtonian systems. It is shown that gas holdup in convergence-divergence draft tube is higher than that in conventional draft tube and increases with superficial gas velocity. The variation of structural parameters of draft tubes has little effect on gas holdup in the two-phase system and the three-phase system.
