例：我們生活需有規(guī)律。也就是說(shuō)，早睡早起，戒除煙酒。
We need to live a regular life. That is, we can keep good hours and refrain from smoking and drinking in the daily activities.
2. (A) 基于這個(gè)理由，… For this reason, …
(B) 為了這個(gè)目的，… For this purpose, …
例：基于這個(gè)理由，我已決定把行醫(yī)作為未來(lái)的職業(yè)。
