一、熱身/復(fù)習(xí)
1.組織學(xué)生唱英文歌曲Happy teacher’s day
2.學(xué)生之間對(duì)話練習(xí):
將第20課Let’s practise中的圖片復(fù)制發(fā)給學(xué)生,兩人一張,學(xué)生根據(jù)圖片提供的信息做對(duì)話練習(xí)

B.教師將事先準(zhǔn)備好的鸚鵡頭飾戴在頭上,介紹課文對(duì)話主要內(nèi)容
師:Hello! Boys and girls.
I’m Polly. I’m a nice bird. Today is my birthday.
Guess. How old am I?
生:Are you…?
師:Yes, I am. I’m two. / No, I am not.
Today is my birthday. I’m very happy. Let’s sing a song.
全班和教師一起唱歌曲《Happy birthday》[錄音]
C.聽新課文對(duì)話錄音一遍
教師出示主題圖,學(xué)生根據(jù)圖中內(nèi)容進(jìn)行敘述(看圖說話)
Example: I can see two boys and a bird in the picture. The bird’s name is Polly. It is two. Today is Sunday. It’s Polly’s birthday.
D.聽課文對(duì)話錄音兩遍
全班重復(fù):How old are you?/ No. Er, um…I’m one./No. You’re two now./ Today is your birthday!/Happy birthday to you!
個(gè)人重復(fù):What day is today?/Sunday./Thanks.
教師強(qiáng)調(diào):What day is today? [出示年歷:This is a calendar. Look! There are seven days in a week. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven. Today is September, 13th. Today is Monday.]
Thanks. [強(qiáng)調(diào)出舌尖的動(dòng)作。并讓學(xué)生舉例說出學(xué)過的帶有th組合的單詞]
E.聽課文錄音一遍
打開書,跟讀課文一遍
全班齊讀,教師注意適當(dāng)糾正發(fā)音錯(cuò)誤
F.三人小組分角色朗讀課文對(duì)話
建議:可將全班學(xué)生分為兩個(gè)大組,進(jìn)行朗讀比賽。
2.句型教學(xué)
A.句型問答:How old are you?

B.聽錄音[配套Let’s practise]復(fù)述句子
Are you…? Yes, I am. / No, I am not.
學(xué)生也可自己設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)話內(nèi)容,不必拘泥于錄音中的內(nèi)容。
C.三人一組可根據(jù)圖中內(nèi)容做對(duì)話練習(xí)
3.詞匯教學(xué)
A.板書詞匯thanks,請(qǐng)學(xué)生大聲讀出來。

三、興趣活動(dòng)
1.聽一首英文歌曲,緩解緊張的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍
2.做游戲:發(fā)給每人一小張空白紙,每位學(xué)生在紙上寫好自己的真實(shí)年齡或自編年齡(要求與真實(shí)年齡相差不要太大),寫完后疊好,同桌兩個(gè)人一組做猜年齡的游戲;ハ鄦柎穑篈re you twelve? Yes, I am. / No, I am not.
四、練一練
做課堂練習(xí)第二十一課聽音寫年齡題
五、作業(yè) :朗讀并抄寫本課課堂練習(xí)中的單詞和句子

教案點(diǎn)評(píng):
本課新出現(xiàn)兩個(gè)語言,其一是表示謝意,其二是在詢問年齡。課文對(duì)話與剛剛學(xué)完的第十九課對(duì)話有著緊密地聯(lián)系。所以在教學(xué)開始部分,可以先復(fù)習(xí)第十九課的語言項(xiàng)目How old is he? He's twelve. 然后,通過扮演的手段進(jìn)行課文教學(xué),讓學(xué)生更直觀地學(xué)習(xí)對(duì)話。另外,貫穿始終的是唱一唱英文歌曲,可令學(xué)生在輕松愉快的氣氛中學(xué)習(xí)祝愿、感謝、或詢問的相關(guān)知識(shí)。
探究活動(dòng)
猜猜是誰
形式:小組活動(dòng)
名稱:猜猜他/她是誰
準(zhǔn)備:每人帶一張親屬的照片,課前交給教師。
操作:
1. 教師將收上來的照片發(fā)給每組四張,組內(nèi)先輪換做問答練習(xí)。
2. 換組發(fā)放,如發(fā)給第二組的學(xué)生第一組帶來的照片,再次做問答練習(xí)。
