推薦人是極力推薦還是有保留的推薦呢?當(dāng)然,推薦人如果是極力而毫無(wú)保留的推薦申請(qǐng)者的話,那么說明申請(qǐng)者是足夠的優(yōu)秀啊!校方能感受到學(xué)生的人氣和實(shí)力,maybe會(huì)對(duì)你另眼相待哦。有些學(xué)校的推薦表格中要求推薦人對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)估,即說明該申請(qǐng)人在其所教學(xué)生中的評(píng)比。由于這個(gè)評(píng)估是推薦人的個(gè)人評(píng)價(jià),所以可以相對(duì)偏高一些。
要點(diǎn)二 推薦信貴精也貴多

推薦信正文中,要交代清楚推薦人與被推薦人的認(rèn)識(shí)時(shí)間(什么時(shí)候認(rèn)識(shí)的&認(rèn)識(shí)了多久),認(rèn)識(shí)地點(diǎn)和認(rèn)識(shí)途徑(彼此是什么關(guān)系,師生or上下級(jí)or同時(shí))。只有推薦人對(duì)申請(qǐng)者足夠了解,推薦信才更可信才有的推薦。
要點(diǎn)五 推薦信要表現(xiàn)其“真實(shí)”性
推薦信尾部必須有推薦人的親筆簽名;推薦信提交與“學(xué)生無(wú)關(guān)”:推薦人直接把推薦信提交到學(xué)校指定的網(wǎng)址或系統(tǒng),如果是紙推,推薦信要確保密封簽字的推薦信,并在信封封口處也簽上名字,信封正面寫上表明信封類別“推薦信”。
要點(diǎn)六 推薦的要有理有據(jù),忌空口無(wú)憑
對(duì)于專業(yè)明確的學(xué)生申請(qǐng)所作的推薦,一般側(cè)重于申請(qǐng)者的天賦、學(xué)科潛力、學(xué)習(xí)能力、創(chuàng)新意識(shí),工作態(tài)度、個(gè)人品行等,這是推薦信的核心內(nèi)容。尤其注意的是推薦的“度”,恰如其分并結(jié)合實(shí)際事例的評(píng)價(jià)申請(qǐng)者的基礎(chǔ)、能力和未來前途,比言過其實(shí)的贊美更讓錄取委員會(huì)信服。

Ms Kuang has joined IDC (International Data Co. Ltd.) since 1998. Her present position is Executive Administration in charge of office management, logistics affaires, purchasing, finance and part of human resource management.
During the past 4 years work, her excellent performance brought her chances to get promotion constantly and now is the Executive Administration of our company.
