。性格外向的人往往容易給人留下熱情活潑、思維敏捷但不深沉的印象，這類性格的人在面試時(shí)說話的節(jié)奏要適當(dāng)放慢，語言組織得當(dāng)，要注意給人以博學(xué)多才、見多識廣的良好形象。性格內(nèi)向的人則容易給人留下深沉有余、反應(yīng)遲緩的印象，在面試時(shí)，這類性格的人要力爭積極回答，并就某一重大觀點(diǎn)展開論述，以彌補(bǔ)自己性格上的不足。
    興趣愛好有助于工作的勝任愉快，而且熱愛本職，從事的專業(yè)崗位與自己的興趣愛好相吻合也更有利于出成果。
