　　內(nèi)容簡介：

《夏洛的網(wǎng)》讀書體會

　　《夏洛的網(wǎng)》是美國作家E.B.懷特所著的三部被譽(yù)為“二十世紀(jì)讀者最多、最受愛戴的童話”之一。

　　在朱克曼家的谷倉里，快樂地生活著一群動物，其中小豬威爾伯和蜘蛛夏洛建立了最真摯的友誼。然而，一個最丑惡的消息打破了谷倉的平靜：威爾伯未來的命運(yùn)競是成為熏肉火腿。作為一只小豬，悲痛絕望的威爾伯似乎只能接受任人宰割的命運(yùn)了，然而，看似渺小的夏洛卻說：“我救你�！庇谑�，夏洛用自己的絲在豬欄上織出了被人類視為奇跡的網(wǎng)上文字，徹底逆轉(zhuǎn)了威爾伯的命運(yùn)，終于讓它在集市的大賽中贏得特別獎，和一個安享天命的未來。但，這時，蜘蛛夏洛的生命卻走到了盡頭……

　　作者簡介：

　　E.B.懷特(1899-1985)生于紐約蒙特弗農(nóng)，畢業(yè)于康奈爾大學(xué)。也許你對美國作家E.B. 懷特（E.B.White）感到陌生，也許你對《Charlotte's Web》（《夏洛的網(wǎng)》）不是很熟悉，但是一提起一部電影《精靈鼠小弟》，你馬上就知道了，這部電影就是根據(jù)E.B. 懷特（E.B.White）的書改編拍攝的。他還有一部童話叫《吹小號的天鵝》

　　"Charlotte is a spider?" asked Fern's mother.

　　Fern nodded. "A big grey one. She has a web across the top of Wi lbur's doorway. She catches flies and sucks their blood. Wilbur adores her."

　　這段是芬和她母親的對話，母親沉靜而略帶思慮的表情和小女孩歡樂地和母親交流體驗(yàn)的模樣一瞬間躍然紙上。母親的短句干練，而芬的長句則體現(xiàn)了小女孩的歡脫之情。兩相對比，不同的角色特質(zhì)讓人一目了然。也能產(chǎn)生自然的聯(lián)想，母親思慮的原因和芬的快樂是否會延續(xù)，都成了引發(fā)閱讀興趣的引玉之磚。

　　1. vi. to look at someone or something for a long time, giving it all your attention, often without realizing you are doing so [= stare]

　　【舉一反三】表示看的動詞還有哪些呢？look, stare, gaze, glance, glare, glower, watch, peep 這些詞的區(qū)別你都知道么？

　　1. Look vi. to turn your eyes towards something, so that you can see it 這個就是我們最常見的看啦~

　　2. Stare vi. to look at something or someone for a long time without moving your eyes, for example because you are surprised, angry, or bored

　　3. Gaze vi. to look at someone or something for a long time, giving it all your attention, often without realizing you are doing so

　�。╯tare和gaze都可以譯為盯著看，卻略有不同。stare相當(dāng)于目不轉(zhuǎn)睛，通常是因?yàn)榍榫w變化，而gaze則常是無意識地全神貫注，沒有特別的誘因。）

　　4. Glance vi. to quickly look at someone or something 通常指速度很快地掃過目標(biāo)

　　5. Glare vi. to look angrily at someone for a long time

　　6. Glower vi. to look at someone in an angry way

　�。╣lare和glower都是生氣地看，不過glare還兼有盯著看的意思，怒氣沖沖地盯著看，想想就覺得很可怕呢）

　　7. Watch vi. to look at someone or something for a period of time, paying attention to what is happening 這個詞的意思略微復(fù)雜，它既可以表示比較正式的觀看比賽或者演出，又可以表示一種監(jiān)視監(jiān)控。因此碰到這個詞的時候大家可要留心一下喲~

　　8. Peep vi. to look at something quickly and secretly, especially through a hole or opening 這個詞就是我們常說的偷看啦~詞義要記住，偷看可別干啊！
