　　從1980年起，本人一直在高校講授中國(guó)文學(xué)與寫作課程。過(guò)去三年中，我曾主講暑期課程，向來(lái)自英語(yǔ)國(guó)家的學(xué)生教授中國(guó)語(yǔ)言與文化。因此，我對(duì)外國(guó)學(xué)生常見的學(xué)習(xí)困難非常熟知，并能設(shè)法改進(jìn)教授方法以取得最佳效果。

　　積數(shù)年對(duì)英語(yǔ)的勤奮學(xué)習(xí)，我能毫無(wú)困難地用英語(yǔ)講課，并能與美國(guó)學(xué)生輕松相處。

　　Mr．Li Quan who has just returned to China from your university informed that you are considering the possibility of offering a Chinese language course to your students in the next academic year and may have an opening for a teacher of the Chinese language. I am very much interested in such a position.

　　I have been teaching Chinese literature and composition at college level since 1980. In the past three years, I have worked in summer programs, teaching the Chinese language and culture to students from English-speaking courtries. As a result， I got to know well the common problems of these students and how to adapt teaching to achieve the best results.
